Choices-The Silent Fire We Carry
There are days when life doesn’t scream in your ears. It just sits quietly inside your chest and forces you to see things you don’t want to see.
Not philosophy.
Not scriptures.
Just life.
Sometimes you realize that no one is going to take a decision for you.
Not your parents, not your partner,
not your boss, not your friends…
and not even your Diety.
Maa helps.
Mahadev protects.
Bhairava clears the way.
But the step is always yours.
This truth hits hardest in the most ordinary moments, when you’re tired, irritated, or fed up with the same pattern repeating again. You want someone to pull you out,
give you a sign, or just tell you what to do.
And yes, sometimes Maa does intervene.
Not dramatically, not with lightning…but in very human ways.
A sudden restlessness.
A strange peace.
A conversation that shakes you.
A situation that corners you.
Or sometimes, one single sentence from someone you never expected.
That is Maa’s intervention, the nudge that says,“I won’t walk for you…but I am not leaving you alone"
But after that nudge, there’s silence.
Because the choice… is yours.
That is the hardest part of being a conscious human.
We want divine certainty, but life keeps handing us crossroads.
Every time you choose anger or calm,
avoidance or courage, ego or understanding…something shifts inside you.
Small choices.
Very small.
But they decide everything.
The truth is, you feel the direction long before you accept it. But we ignore it because it requires effort, or discomfort or change.
Sometimes, I’ve sat with my own confusion, wanting somebody to just say,
“Siddharth, do this. Don’t think so much.”
But Maa never does that. Instead, She removes the noise and leaves me standing face-to-face with myself.
That is Her grace and Her intervention.
Not solving, but revealing.
And then the decision is mine.
Whether to become smaller than the situation or bigger than the emotion, whether to choose peace or prolong the storm, whether to walk forward or stay stuck in the same loop again.
No priest, no scripture, no astrologer, no planetary positions, no guru, no deity will make that final decision for you. Because that’s the only part of life that is truly your own.
Bhagavad Gita 18.63
इति ते ज्ञानमाख्यातं गुह्याद्गुह्यतरं मया |
विमृश्यैतदशेषेण यथेच्छसि तथा कुरु ||
iti—thus; te—to you; jñānam—knowledge; ākhyātam—explained; guhyāt—that secret knowledge; guhya-taram—still more secret knowledge; mayā—by me; vimṛiśhya—pondering; etat—on this; aśheṣheṇa—completely; yathā—as; ichchhasi—you wish; tathā—so; kuru—do.
"Thus, I have declared to you knowledge more secret than secrets. Reflect on this fully, and then do as you wish".
Bhagwad Gita Chapter 6 Verse 5:
uddhared ātmanātmānaṁ nātmānam avasādayet
ātmaiva hyātman bandhur ātmaiva ripur ātmanaḥ*
uddharet—elevate; ātmanā—through the mind; ātmānam—the self; na—not; ātmānam—the self; avasādayet—degrade; ātmā—the mind; eva—certainly; hi—indeed; ātmanaḥ—of the self; bandhuḥ—friend; ātmā—the mind; eva—certainly; ripuḥ—enemy; ātmanaḥ—of the self
Elevate yourself through the power of your mind, and not degrade yourself, for the mind can be the friend and also the enemy of the self.
Heaven and hell are not spiritual places.
They are consequences of choices.
They are futures that silently wait inside us,
and become real based on what we pick today.
So now, whenever you feel stuck,
lost, angry, confused, emotional or shaken…
Ask only one thing:
“What am I choosing right now?”
And most of the time, Maa’s answer is already sitting in your chest.
You just have to listen…and then have the courage to walk.
And just incase you dont have the courage, just pause, place Maa Adya or Baba Mahakaal Bhairava in your Ajna Chakra, take there blessings and just proceed.
Maa hai na😊...dekh legi
Jai Maa AdyaMahaKali ❤
Jai Mahadev 🙏
