Does the creator of the creators, in this vast creation of hers, really care about you ?
The answer is yes, she does!
But here is a twist. She cares about you in her own ways, not yours.

In Smashaan, only She stands alone and that too on the Smashaanvasi who is none other than Mahakal Bhairav.
What is the actual point of Smashaan ?
The fundamental aspect of Smashaan is the destruction of the body, which is nothing but a piece of Panchabhutas.
But, before the physical body burns, She makes 'you' burn. Who is this you ? It is the jiva who identifies itself with the body and operates through it.
When that fine thread connection of the body and jiva is burnt by her, then something really beautiful happens.
And that is, Moksh.
Meaning what ? You become a master of your Karm and then operate as Kaalbhairav himself.
And while you travel your way to your inner smashaan through Sadhana, then your very breath becomes an offering itself.
Your blood and bloodline are then an offering to her.
Every action of yours is an offering to her.
You yourself are a complete offering to her.
This is how She cares about you.
She , the Adya, only cares about your ultimate freedom and not your petty politics.
It is when you become an offering, you become Shiv, who then lies down as an Aadhar for Shakti .
The Aadhar is the offering and the Shakti who becomes the Adhishthatri of that Aadhar is the blessing.
